You talk, I listen
Tell me how the business runs today — what's working, what's eating your week, and where the inventory feels out of control.

We look at your data
If you bring a recent inventory or sales report, we'll walk through it together. Turn rates, aging, vendor mix — I'll tell you what I see.

You leave with something useful
At least one concrete thing you can act on this week — whether or not we ever work together. If a tier makes sense, I'll tell you which one and why. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
